Using our original recipe, hand-cutting and packing, our Hot Cross Buns won’t hit a conveyor belt at any point of the process of being made in our Brisbane-based bakery. With our Click and Collect service, you can order Shingle Inn treats online and pick them up at your convenience.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders placed through our online store will be dispatched within two business days (excludes weekends and public holidays):
- Express Shipping: Orders sent via express shipping are typically delivered within 4 business days from when the order was placed.
- Standard Shipping: Orders sent via standard shipping are generally delivered within 7 business days from when the order was placed.
While we strive to ensure that all orders arrive within these timeframes, unforeseen delays with shipping providers may occasionally impact delivery. Shipping rates are calculated based on your selected shipping method and will be displayed during checkout.
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. However, if your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
